Tell us about yourself!
Born and raised in the south of Sweden but now I live outside of Stockholm with my wife and three children. I have a creative mindset and always try to see the positive side of things.
For many years I have been interested in personal development and the fundamentals of great leadership.
How would you describe your leadership experience?
My leadership experience comes from many different roles and situations and I have gained my experience both in large settled organizations and small sized fast growing ones.
Mostly I have been working with multiple teams in different locations as both sales manager and COO.
What is “Great Leadership” to you?
Great leadership is about having the courage to trust in both self and others and leading with authenticity and integrity to create the environment where people can thrive and deliver. Is also about leading out of others’ needs and making others better.
The result of great leadership is when the people you lead have high trust in you, both rationally and emotionally.
What do you see as the benefits of having a personal leadership trainer?
To have someone that can help you unleash your potential by helping you to explore the reality and find a sustainable way forward. With the help from a PT you can fast-forward your development in a short period of time.
Talking to someone with both experience from leadership positions and a wide range of theoretical and practical perspectives is powerful.
What can one expect from you as a PT?
What are your strengths? What value will you add?
I am genuinely invested in all the people I work with and I believe one of my strengths is my ability to understand someone else’s context, situation and challenges. From there I am able to help explore and pinpoint how to move on forward. I add value by being honest and by knowing that I don’t have the answers but the questions.
My curiosity, interest and drive to understand and engage in the process is rewarding for both me and the people I work with.
