PAY IT FORWARD FORMULA

An idea based on a belief in generosity.

Our mission has always been to make more people experience and share great leadership. Starting in 2012, we made an even stronger commitment by implementing the Pay It Forward Formula together with our clients and partners – our pioneers.

We offer leadership training for free
to youth leaders who can not afford to pay for it themselves.

Engaged youth leaders are making strong impact within their own generation. As young role models and mentors they can reach deep into young people's minds and hearts. With a little help from established methodologies and inspiring leadership insights we hope to empower them to use their potentials better and make them grow into great leaders, ready to create positive change in their community.

A thousand youth leaders trained.

Since 2012 we have provided free leadership training for nearly 1000 youth leaders from our three categories: Non-profit organizations, sports coaches and start-ups. All of them willing to make a difference by sharing great leadership insights to others around them.

With your contribution we can
expand the movement even further.

We have consciously built Pay It Forward into the DNA of our business model, and thereby a reason to exist for us as a company. We are very proud to invite you to be part of our movement. Together we can continue to train more youth leaders around the world for free.

How it works:

 We dedicate 10% (or more) of what you invest in leadership development,

to youth leaders in great need of leadership training.

 

2. OUR GIFT

We promise to provide resources to make sure these youth leaders are trained, inspired and ready to provide sustainable leadership to others.

 

3. THEIR GIFT

Equipped with the right mindset and skillset, these youth leaders are ready to pay sustainable leadership forward to the next generation. Thereby we make more people experience and share great leadership.

ONGOING PROJECTS

NON-VIOLENCE PROJECT AND
GREAT HOPE JUNIOR SCHOOL, UGANDA.

The Non-Violence Project Uganda is a local member in the global Non-Violence Project family. Established in 2012 they have managed to inspire, motivate and engage thousands of students, athletes, teachers and sports coaches to understand how to solve conflicts without violence. The team has worked hard to establish a scalable organization in order to reach out around the country with a wide range of programs for positive and sustainable change amongst young people.
 

Why The Non-Violence Project and Great Hope Junior School:
These two educational institutions operates locally in Jinja, Uganda. They are managed by a young management team and trainers under slim budgets and rough conditions. Their common goal is to empower children and youth in order to bring hope and peace to the community.

SPORTS COACHES FROM ALL OVER

In cooperation with two of our clients (Avega and Claremont)  we have developed an engaging program where they, with their staff involved, chose the sports club and coaches ​that should be the receivers of the free leadership training. The training is co-facilitated together with our clients. 
To date we have trained over 200 coaches within soccer, ice hockey, karate, horse riding, gymnastics, hand ball, basket ball and floor ball.

 

Why sports coaches:

Volunteering sports coaches are doing a tremendously important job with young and upcoming world citizens. Sport is an integrating activity and in many cases the only activity outside family and school for most young children growing up.


 

CHALMERS – TECH university students

At Chalmers University we have trained 400 students. We train 100 new students per year. tudents with the idea that sustainability concerns all of us and if we are going to build a society that can provide 10 billion people with well-being within a few decades, it is necessary to integrate sustainability into every aspect of the educational curriculum.

Why Chalmers University:  

University students are an important piece of the puzzle in the development of a sustainable society and we believe they will perform better after experiencing and sharing various leadership training insights.
 

LIFEE – START-UP MAKING KIDS MOVE MORE

Lifee is a wristband that makes it fun to be physically active. Kids collect points, level up and compete with their friends. Lifee fights the issue of sitting still – one of Sweden's most serious public health issues within the young generation. The company is a classical start-up, growing organically with a young entrepreneurial spirit, managed by lots of guts and glory, but with little room and resources for sustainable leadership training.

Why Lifee:  

Brave start-ups create change, inject vitamins into society and generate jobs for more people. We believe in the passion thriving within young entrepreneurs in general and in the good cause idea within Lifee's mission in particular – to inspire kids to move more and grow a healthier life.
